Jack is Back...

and better than ever. My poor little boy was sick for about 10 days and was really sick. He first woke up in the middle of the night with croup and that ended with a trip to the ER for breathing treatments. After five days he was not getting any better so we went to the pediatrician and walked out with RSV and double ear infections. This was not a fun experience and I am sure other parents can relate. I am just glad that there is light at the end of the tunnel and he is doing well.

Check Up

Jack had his 15 month check up awhile ago and is doing well.

Weight: 18 lbs. (skinny)

Height: 30 1/2 in.

Words he is saying:

What is that? Banana. Cracker. Cooookiee! Hi Dadda. Dadda. Where's Dadda? Momma (he doesn't say this one enough). La La La (Elmo).

Animal noises he makes:

Lion. Bear. Cougar. Dog. Cat. Snake. Rooster.

Monkey. Horse.

Signs:

Eat. Milk. More. All done. Change. Bath. Shoes. Bird. and Light.

2 fat lips within three days. Poor guy.

The New Year

My first blog this year and it's already the middle of the month. I am ashamed. Nothing new has happened except that Jack has been climbing up on everything and it is driving me bonkers. For example, the picture above, Jack trying to climb on his music table. The music table is the least of my worries... the dinner table I might have to worry about.
