Days of Summer

Jack and I went swimming yesterday with my friend Crystal, her baby girl who is 4 months older then Jack, and Lexi who is 5 months pregnant. Jack was not too thrilled, he was unhappy the entire time. I think because it was his nap time and the water was a little cold but you got used to it really fast. It was even warm enough to swim in the outside pool. Crystal's little girl is a fish, she can already go underwater. I think next time if Jack is in a better mood we can get him to go under! We had fun. I think this is the first of many swim parties!

Samuel getting married!

My big brother Sam is getting married! We are so excited for him and Heidi. Heidi is a sweet girl and we are happy to welcome her to our family. I love weddings, especially when it is not your own. This way you can just enjoy it and not have much stress. Congratulations! We love you!

Tag

I was tagged by Nichole, but i secretly like to read these and fill them out.

Respond and rework: answer the questions on your blog, replace one question that you dislike with a question of your own invention, add one more question of your own. 2. Tag other un-tagged people. Here are the Questions:

When was the last time you went on vacation? Easter weekend to St. George

Who was the last person you hugged? Jack

What’s your favorite dinner? I really love Thanksgiving dinner. I could eat that every week.

What was the last thing you bought? Baby lotion, Little Swimmers and a Strawberry Teether that vibrates. Thank you to my friend Crystal, Jack loves it!

What is your favorite weather? 80 degrees. I love to be bare foot and half undressed outside.

What's in your bathroom cabinet? Toilet paper and soap.

Say something about the person/s who tagged you. Nichole is a great mom and is very sweet.

What is your favorite flavor gum? Cinnamon and when it's summer I love Gonzo Grape Bubblicious.

What did you want to become as a child? A Teacher.

What do you miss? I miss DC and my pre-baby body. Don't worry I'm very proud to be a mother and love it. I wouldn't change it for anything.

What's your favorite brand of jeans? I love my old Seven for all Mankind and H&M jeans but they don't fit me anymore so Express jeans are fine for now.

What's your favorite dessert? It always changes but I am loving Banana Shakes right now.

If you could go anywhere in the world for the next hour, where would you go? Danny is always begging me to go to Guatemala so I pick Guatemala. Even though Paris is always on my list.

Who do you want to meet in person? My Grandma and Grandpa's who I did not know at all or did not know very well.

What is your most challenging goal right now? Trying to get Jack to sleep through the night and to take a shower for the day. I know gross!

Why is today special? Because I get to stay home with Jack.

What is your favorite sport to watch? I love going to Basketball and Baseball games.

What is your favorite piece of jewelry that you own? Wedding ring and a beautiful necklace Danny bought me in New York.

How did you meet your spouse? We met at a Fart convention!

What's one thing about you that you would change? That I have already showered for the day.

What is something about you that no one would know? I am going to go with Nichole on this one. My family and Danny already know this about me but I hate doing business on the phone or making any kind of phone call. I always try to make someone else do it for me but it doesn't work all the time. I think it might be some kind of a disease or phone anxiety.

What is the last movie you watched? The Curios Case of Benjamin Button. I really liked it.

Well that is it for this tag. I tag anyone who reads this.

Sitting Up!

Jack is sitting up now. He is so proud, can't you just see it in his face? And notice how there is a keyboard in a lot of his pictures... that's because it's one of his favorite toys.
